Nissan Oil Use Investigation

Schubert, Jonckheer & Kolbe LLP is investigating the existence of a possible problem with excessive oil usage in Nissan Altima and 350Z vehicles, which allegedly forces consumers to continually check oil levels to prevent engine damage that could be severe enough to require engine replacement.

Owners of these vehicles have complained that Nissan has refused to bear the cost when such damage occurs, except under circumstances in which the company offers certain customers secret warranty coverage.
