Alleged Anti-Poaching Agreements Between Tech Companies May Have Depressed Employee Wages
Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe LLP is investigating the alleged existence of a possible agreement between Google, Apple, and perhaps other tech companies including Yahoo and/or Genentech, to refrain from attempting to “poach” one another’s employees. Such an alleged agreement, if formed, may have depressed the wages and benefits paid to affected employees of these companies, and may violate California and federal antitrust laws, which prohibit agreements in restraint of trade, including agreements between competitors that depress employee wages.
Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe LLP has significant experiencing handling antitrust class actions on behalf of consumers, employees and contractors.
